These six character models were planned to be used in a video game for a college project that was submitted into the Baltimore Independent Game Seminar competition.  Each character were made in Autodesk's 3ds Max, textures using Adobe Photoshop, and video editing with Adobe Premiere Pro.  I cooperated with fellow students in drafting characters and modeling them.

At first glance, the characters don't appear to match each other's theme. The reasoning to this motley group is because the narrative of the game allows it. A fracture in time forces vikings, ninjas, and many archetypes of warriors to band together and fight against a common enemy.

CHARACTER MODELING

Human Modeling for General Use

Modeling people is one of my favorite subjects to create in 3d space. I practice modeling the human proportions and topology so that I may use them for other projects that I am working on or possibly for future uses such as populating the background to fill empty spaces. I intend to add more variety of people appearing to be from varying backgrounds to use.

The programs I've used to make these are Autodesk's 3ds Max and 3d texture painting application Allegorithmic's Substance Painter. The models I make for general use will be free to use for everyone looking to populate their backgrounds as well. You can find more of these models at my SketchFab page at:
